DMS pdf file that was fine, now has all blank pages!
Lacerte : 2011DMS spontaneously blanked the pages of an 82 page pdf file! How do I get all of that work back?!

Our situation is not what George4Tax is describing (we have experienced that and yes, it usually can be resolved by viewing outside DMS or by closing and re-opening the file). In this case, the data is just GONE. Nothing there when we open outside DMS, nothing viewable from a copy. To be clear, when the pages went blank, we were careful not to save, just quit the program via task manager and reopened the file. This happened to us a few times in 2009 and we thought the program had become more stable in recent years...but alas, apparently not. It is infuriating and scary all at the same time.
