Discrepancies in my bank reconciliation due to deleted transactions.
I've deleted a cleared check, and re-entered under a different account. Now I have discrepancies in my bank reconciliation. How do I fix this?

You will have to re-reconcile it.
Hope this helps. If so please mark solved, if not please ask more questions. Thanks!
Keep track of the amount of the re-entered check. When your next bank statement arrives, your beginning balance shown on the bank statement and the beginning balance shown in QBs will differ by that amount. Click on the discrepancy report that QBs will run for you. The amount on the report should be the amount of the re-entered check. Close the report and go back to the opening dialog box to reconcile your bank account. Instead of keying in the date of your current statement, key in the closing date of the previous month's statement and the opening balance of the current statement. Then proceed as if you are reconciling your bank statement. Find the re-entered check and click it. Your difference at the bottom right should now be zero. Click reconcile now. When you open the dialog box to reconcile your current month's statement again, the opening balance in QBs should agree with your current statement and you can proceed normally.
