No, Im trying to apply a payment against an Invoice in the Receive Payments Window. It was working fine until this morning when the Discount Tab disappeared after having worked for the first 2 payments.
has this occurred for all customers? or just one specific?
We only deal with one customer when using QBs. Is there any other way that I can receive a payment and more importantly, apply a discount other than in the Receive payment window? As we only do 1 or two invoices/payments a day, it wouldn't be so difficult if I had to use a different area to apply the discount.
I thought I was having the same problem and it turned out that I was trying to use the discount tab on a Journal entry, not an invoice. They look the same in the payment window. Something to check.
