You have to disable it on each Employee Record that has been set up for direct deposit.
To do this, go to your Employee Center and double click on the Employee Name to Edit it.
In the "change tabs" drop down list select "Payroll and Compensation Info", then click on the "Direct Deposit" button.
Uncheck the "Use Direct Deposit for:" box.
