Direct Deposit checks will not post on a paycheck dated for Saturday. If you use a Saturday date your employees direct deposit will be dated to post on the following business day.

Yes, I'm aware i can't date direct deposit for Sat or Sun. What I want to know is if there are any labor laws concerning if a paydate falls on Sat or Sun, can I pay on Monday or does it have to be Fri?
