I use Direct Deposit and have a payroll item deduction of 1.05 on each check. I realize this is being taken from my checking account by QB but I still have a balance remaining in the Pay Liabilities tab. What do I do with this?
The Direct Deposit Liabilities account should always have a balance of zero. When the balance is either negative or positive stems, it from missing paychecks, missing liabilities checks,duplicate paychecks or duplicate liability checks.
