Differences Between 2011 and 2012 Pro Versions?
Are there any significant changes between the 2011 and 2012 versions of Quickbooks? Have 2011 version for business, need to know if need to get 2012 version.

No, there is not a big difference between 2011 and 2012. See this link for the changes. I would only upgrade if you need any of the new features.
