Diagnostic Tool says connection sharing not supported in this configuration. I am in multi-user mode, it is hosting multi-user access. The computer I am trying to open the file with says it appears that the QB software on computer "desktop" is set up to allow shared access to the company file but the QB software on your computer is unable to communicate with it.
Windows Firewall: X Connection sharing not supported in this configuration
DB Service Status: X Not Reachable
Port Services Status: X Not Reachable (I open the recommended ports in Windows Firewall)
What do I need to correct this?
