Delivery Ticket form as Default screen when opening QB
My sales manager would like to keep "delivery ticket" as his default screen. It keeps coming up as an invoice. Is there a way he can do this?

The form, we use the Delivery Ticket for are drivers to deliver and then when the delivery is done they bring back the signed ticket and AR takes it from there.

You can duplicate a template, then customize the form and change the the default header to say
Delivery Ticket. Save

Duplicate a template
When is it useful to duplicate a template?
To do this task
Go to the Lists menu and click Templates.
Select the name of the template you want to duplicate.
Click the Templates button at the bottom of the list and then click Duplicate.
Click the type of form to create. (It can be a different type from the original template.)
Click OK.
The new template appears at the top of the list. It will have the same name as the original template with "Copy of:" in front of it. For example, if you duplicate the Intuit Product Invoice, the new template will be called "Copy of: Intuit Product Invoice."
In the Templates list, double-click the duplicate template to customize the new template.
In the Template Name field, enter a new name for the template.
Customize the form.In the column section, change invoice to Delivery Ticket
Click OK to save the new template with your changes.
