Deleting a webstore order from pos webstore center

QuickBooks Point of Sale : Basic 8.0

I have a web order that is deleted from my webstore but will not go away in my webstore center in pos. Says there is an error with sync but I do not see an error with this order. Any clue as to how to delete it? Thank you

What webstore are you using? You may have to contact the provider of that service for instructions. If the transaction is shown in the POS sales history you can try to reverse it by highlighting the receipt and selecting I Want To>Reverse. Doing this will undo all of the effects of the sales receipt.
