Deleting a deposit

How do I reverse a deposit? I just started using QB for payments and income. I've been using it for Payroll. I made a deposit before I recorded the sales receipt. I want to delete the deposit and now make a N deposit so it ties to the sales rec. HELP

Go to that Deposit and press Ctrl-D to delete it.
