Delete multiple invoices
How do I delete multiple invoices (that was received and recorded) at once? I would like to clear all the vendor open invoices.

There is no mass delete option in QuickBooks. You will have to delete those invoices one by one.

Because it's so awesome to manually delete hundreds of invoices one by one!!! For as much as you pay for Quicken, it should be a lot more user friendly, and practical!

If you remove the invoices, your balance sheet will no longer be correct.
QuickBooks has a Cleanup Company Data process that may delete the older invoices and replace them with monthly summaries.
