Go to "Employees">"Payroll Tax Forms an W-2s">"Process Payroll Forms", then select "State Forms"
Then Select "DE" in the drop down list of states. You should find your form in the list of DE forms.
You have to have an active "Enhanced" payroll subscription to access these forms.
A "Basic" payroll subscription does not give access to any Federal or State forms.
