Default Z-out report for End of Day

Is it possible to set a specific, Custom report as the Default Z-out for the End of Day? It always jumps back to the "all stores" version when run at HQ -- client wants just info for the HQ.

The custom report they want to use is available via a dropdown, but they want that custom report (sales for HQ only) to be the default. The reason being, until recently, "HQ sales only" WAS the default, and now the behaviour has (apparently) changed. When they added a 4th location, the report suddenly changed to "sales for all stores" (which is the normal default).
