Customized Quickbooks to have a "Dispatch Board" for Service Company

Hello Everyone, I've been using QB for many years. I worked for a service company with technicians on the road and was able to customize our QB to show a "dispatch board". Through the dispatch board we were able to track service calls, technicians, and include service history. It also included tracking of service contracts. Hi Michelle,

Thanks for your interest in the Dispatch Board for service companies.

The dispatch board is within quickbooks. I customized customer records, sales orders, invoices first and then by choosing particular prefrences in the quickbooks screens was able to create the dispatch board. I created it with quickbooks software. There is no interfacing with another software. It's all done within quickbooks.
