Customized Quickbooks to have a "Dispatch Board" for Service Company
Hello Everyone, I've been using QB for many years. I worked for a service company with technicians on the road and was able to customize our QB to show a "dispatch board". Through the dispatch board we were able to track service calls, technicians, and include service history. It also included tracking of service contracts.
