Customize Invoice with predefined fields?
How can I display the customer e-mail field on invoices? It seems I can only select fields to display including new custom fields I create -- how about fields that already exist within Quickbooks Enterprise?

Open the invoice > Click customize > Click Layout designer > Click the Add button > Select Data > Scroll down & Select Customer E-mail. THis will print it on the invoice. It will bot display it it on the screen.
If you want it to display on the screen then you'll need to create a custom field on the customer's card.
Hope this helps. If so please mark solved, if not please ask more questions. Thanks!

Thank you Ray, for taking the time to answer my post. This doesn't do what I want it to do. My goal isn't to print their e-mail address on the invoice, I want to add it to the invoice form for data entry. I already know how to add a custom data field, but I don't want a custom data field -- I want the one that already exists within Quickbooks, similar to name, address, city, state, zip. I'd like to put their e-mail ON the invoice template.

Laura, if you make a custom field on the customer card like I suggested that field can be put on the template on the screen otherwise you can't.
