Customize Form 1096. The information goes off the boxes on a pre-printed form.

US QuickBooks Premier : 2009: Accountant

How do customize Form 1096? When I print the form, the information goes off the boxes. How do I correct that?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Is reads like you need to do an alignment and adjust the whole form. Or, possibly you don't have an original IRS form 1096.
