Customers who file for extensions
ProSeries : 2011It looks like the products can't be used after April 15th. What about people who file for extensions? How do we handle those customers?

And why does it look that way? You could e-file until the extended due date every other year so why do you believe that has changed?

Don't most professional taxpreparers have clients rather than customers? Plus, on my calender, April 17th is the relevant date (again).

E-file capability will not work after October 15, because IRS doesn't accept e-file after that date. The programs should continue to work indefinately for paper filing.
