Customer Support

How do I register complaint and contact quickbooks for really poor customer service via phone and really great service via live chat? Your toll free numbers (routed to what foreign country?) hung up on my three times because they could NOT COMPREHEND THE PROBLEM!. I went to Live Chat with Intuit and Intuit Live Chat got the problem fixed quickly. 

Diverting calls to foreign country whose personnel cannot even speak ENGLISH is stupid.

I guess I msunderstood. I though you were commenting that this Live Community, this Internet Forum manned by volunteers that are QB users and your peers, has been helpful and more so than trying to get help from Intuit's phone line.

Don't yell at us. We are not Intuit support. We don't know what questions you asked of them.

After each support experience you should get an opportunity to give feedback.  When you have a chat support, after the chat, it should ask you to answer a survey at that moment.  After phone support, you should receive an email within about a day with a link to enter feedback on that agent.  Sometimes these emails do get lost.  Also, to control overwhelming customers, an email survey won't be sent if another was sent within a 2 week period already.

Please help me improve my performance by answering a short survey that will be emailed to you from the community.
