customer shipping information not saved

QuickBooks Point of Sale : Pro 10.0

With QB POS V10 Update 12 when I am in sales receipt and open the customer window to edit the customers shipping address the information is not saved when I hit save to close the window.

   I already have a similar problem when I am typing up a sales receipt and enter the shipping information such as cost and method and have to hold the invoice to take a call.  Whe I unhold the sale information to finish the transaction the shipping info is GONE.    How do I get this resolved??

I had the same results.  I will log these as bugs for our engineers.  Thank you for bringing these to our attention.

Thank you.  This is one of several small "bugs" I have found on POS  Version 10 and I am glad to hear that someone else is also seeing them.
