Hi KylieG I'm not sure if this is going to help you, but....You need to open the 'Edit Notes' window to create or edit a customer note. So, if you have typed your note directly onto the Customer Centre screen, it has not been saved. I have found you can 'CtrlC' to copy a note for use on another customer's account from the front screen, but not create o edit an existing note without opening the window first.
Hi again KylieG. Apologies for not noticing from other questions posted that there is a much wider issue around the 'Customer Notes' not being immediately visible from the Customer Centre screen in the 2009 upgrade. Sorry I can't help you there!
