Custom logo issues

US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Accountant

 

I am starting with a logo that exceeds the baseline resolution requirements as specified by the online "form customizer" offered by Quickbooks.  When it uploads and "converts" the image, I end up with a degraded and corrupted logo that looks horrible onscreen. If I use the logo and print the invoices, they look fine, but not perfect. If I try to generate a pdf invoice though, the logo still looks horrible.

I've tried removing all the white space myself and uploading it but I get the same problems. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I resolved this problem by making my own template within the desktop software and avoiding the online service altogether.  Now my logo looks sharp and clean whether I am printing it or just making it into a pdf.
