Critical diagnostic Form N15

"This tax return does not qualify for the Credit for General Income Tax as the taxpayer was not a resident of Hawaii for nine or more months." I made sure there were no boxes checked in the Hawaii client info section. This client is only reporting Hawaii rental income and is a resident of California. Need to get rid of critical diagnostic. Thanks!

Yes, disable the efile errors if it's the only critical diagnostic and return will efile.
