Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Credit to offset payback ?

ProLine Tax Online

After eight months we received an adoption credit refund. IT may be be an overpayment. Given that can we use a form 3800 carryover credit to offset or reduce what we owe to payback. What 1040x lines are used to do this?
