We are interested in using intuit phone credit card processors. Is there a limit to how much can be put on it? We are having a large fundraiser and will be scanning approx 20,000 in sales in one night. How would that work?

If you are going to sign up for our merchant services credit card processing, when you apply you might want to request more than $20,000 as your monthly volume seeing as you expect to process that much in one night. There isn't necessarily a limit to how much you can set as your monthly processing volume, but our underwriting team who handles approval of accounts will run a credit check when you apply and see if your credit will support the amount you will be processing. I noticed you can sign up for a monthly service, but this is primarily a one night event. We are holding a fundraising art auction and silent auction. We are looking for a quicker way for the patrons to pay. would the gopay system work for this. When you say "if your credit will support the amount you will be processing" Im not sure I understand this. Could you explain more detailed. Also does it always take this length of time to get a response back to questions? Thank you
