Creating a basic COA for a rental company

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2010

How can I setup my COA for a small company who owns condominiuns and rent them. THe company is a S corp and we have 6 own units and unit that was sold but we were the lender.

Any assistance will be welcome.
