create new account name

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2011

I manage commercial properties. So for each property i need to creat a new LLC name and its own details and accounting. How in the world do I do that ?

It first asked for company name, however, I entered my own information. After that I searched and it wanted me to go to "account type" to create new account. I have not idea where that is. Please help !

If you are managing property by LLC, then each LLC gets its own data file.

Managing commercial properties is challenging. Do you mean a chart of account - Type of account? Do you have more details on what you accomplishing.
