Can you be more specific--what functions are you asking about? Only CPAs can do certain things and in some states you can't even call yourself an accountant if you're not a CPA.

You should check with your state's board that licenses certified public accountants. They can tell you what is and is not allowed in your state. Each state has different laws and rules. If you do not follow the laws and rules then you could subject yourself to fines, penalties or even worse.
