I would question the manner in which you are using them. Is it to display that you are a QuickBooks advisor? I would call QB to verify this question.

I have been trying to call, but long lines. Will do it later this evening.
I plan to call my business QB Business Services or something like that and market QuickBooks support services. So yes, I want the potential client to think of QuickBooks when they see my name.
There are QB - related names out there, but none for QuickBooks businesses that I can find.

I see a lot of pro-advisors, so there may be a designation you can "earn" from QB that would come with the ability to use their logo for your business.

I believe I may have seen a couple on the Pro Advisor website, but I don't want to operate under the radar and find out a year from now, after spending money on marketing, that I have to change the name. Better to either get permission now or use another name.
