Copy Lists from old company to new company?
Is it possible to copy lists from an existing company file into a new company file without transferring any data detail?

export the lists from the old company file and import them to the new file.

Yes.
Export: File>Utilities>Export to IIF File> Select the lists> Save that lists
Import: File> Utilities > Import to IIF File> Select that Saved Lists.
