Can you be more specific about what problem or error message you get? What year of QB did the client create the accts copy in? What year of QB do you have? Do you have QB Premier Accountant Edition (only edition that can open/work with an accts copy)?

He is using Contractors 2007 and when I create the accountant copy, it saves it as a transfer, not qbx form or any other form for QB to recognize. I spoke to tech support and the rep stated it should work, well it still isn't working.
