Thanks for your post...
MS Money must be converted to Quicken, then the Quicken file can be converted to QuickBooks.
Which version of Quicken will work to do the job? Right now, I only have Quicken 2000. Do I need to have 2006?

I have a Microsoft Money 2007 Home & Bussines version and would like to convert it for use in Quickbooks Premier 2006. Can I do a straight convert or do I need to convert money to Quicken and then to Quickbooks
Hello,
Here is a link to a knowledgebase article that outlines the steps to convert Microsoft Money to QuickBooks. You can't convert directly from Money to QuickBooks, but you can use software like Quicken or MS Small Business Accounting as a go-between.
This article outlines the steps necessary for a successful conversion. The version of QuickBooks mentioned is 2007, however, this should work for 2006.
Good luck!
