But this will not convert the excel file to IIF type...!!!!

One way is to use a 3rd party addin, like our IIF Transaction Creator or List Importer, depending on the type of data you have on your Excel worksheet.
Ok, the Excel worksheet is for checks details data... what do think?!! can I import excel file with checks data to QuickBooks ..?!!! or should be an IIF file..?!! and how I can convert the excel file to IIF file..?!!!
thanks.
You need to convert it to an IIF file and then you can import it. I recommend the IIF Transaction Creator for this purpose.
I use the IIF Transaction Creator from BigRed; actually I use a lot of their products and they work great. Otherwise you could get the sample IIF files from the Intuit site and try to code the Excel files using those. You cannot import transactions using Excel into QB's without converting it to IIF.
