Did you mean that you have ES and want to update to the latest version? Just load the 2010 product and browse to your data file and QB will update it for you.
If you meant you want to go to ES to Pro or premier, you will need a 3rd party software to do that from Intuit's marketplace (just type data transfer in the search box) or hire a company to do it for you: www.qbornotqb.com.
