If there is an address present in the Affiliate Information section along with the separate company's client number, double-check that the address, city, state and zip (codes 801, 818, 814 and 819) of the separate company have been entered correctly and match that of the address in the client file. Typically, no address information need be entered as the address will automatically be included in the return when the client number is selected in this screen. In addition, the common parent must be the first corporation entered.
