Considering QB Enhanced Payroll
Are you able to use QB Enhanced Payroll for unlimited employees for multiple companies?

Each QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll subscription covers 3 businesses or EINS which should all have their own company file in QuickBooks. Within each EIN or company file in QB, you can write payroll checks for "mostly" unlimited employees. (There are QuickBooks limitations to list items that may present an issue if you truly needed unlimited employees) QuickBooks can create W2s for these employees at the end of the year as well in batches at a time. If you have more than 3 companies, you will need a separate Enhanced subscription for the next 3 businesses.
