Connection has been lost
QuickBooks UK : Pro 2012Connection has been lost. This error occurs every time a QuickBooks Pro 2008 user has been idle (had QuickBooks minimized) for about 5- 10mins. We already tested our LAN to be stable by the time this error occur (thru continues ping test to the server where the company files is stored). We experienced this when we upgraded our windows server 2003 to windows server 2008.
We need help to resolved the problem.
