co;mplete vendors list with complete addresses
i need a complete mailing list of my venders with addresses. when i print out now the mailing addresses are cut off. what have i forgotten to do thanks

The solution
Modify the Report and under the Display Tab, uncheck balance total, Phone, Fax and Account No and select OK. At the top of the report,you will see little diamonds in between each column. You can move your cursor there to click and drag the columns for spacing issues.
If this doesn't work, you can export to excel and adjust your columns there.

You can make any column wider or narrower. These adjustments are helpful when a report doesn't quite fit across a single page.
To make a column wider, drag the small diamond at the right of the column title to the right.
