Company Logo problems on client letters

Lacerte : 2007

Has anyone experienced any problems after setting up bitmap logo for client letters? I previously printed out all of our organizers with our new logo in the client letter and engagement letter and they looked beautiful. Shortly after, I tried to print one and I got two error messages. If I change back to defaults, it will print. Apparently something happened that it doesn't like our logo and/or font now. What happened?

What is the error message that you get when you print the letter?

You can try deleting the bitmap and re-adding to the letter. While viewing the letter, click on Tools and then select Keywords. Then click on the Bitmap menu and click Delete. Click Close and save the changes. Then re-add the bitmap to the letter.
