Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Communication Error

I have been e-filing all year with no problems. I attempted to transmit some extended 1040's last week Friday and I received a connection error 12029 and still cannot e-file or receive acks. For security I use Norton 360 and it downloads and install security updates automatically.Has anyone else experienced this and have a suggestion?

Haven't had a problem, and I use Norton. I don't know what Norton 360 is, but I e-filed a couple of people the last few days, and I got my acks all right.

Back up before it's too late. For a professional answer, call Tech Support at 1-800-933-9999 (Lacerte)(other numbers ProSeries, QB, or TurboTax). I am a volunteer, not compensated or supported by Intuit.
