Commission on Pending Sales (QBPOS Reporting)

I have a client who plans to use QBPOS to sell insurance products. They want to use either Layaways or SO's to set up the sale of the products (because they're not paid in full up front), but they want to be able to pay commission on the TOTAL value of the sale before it is fully paid off.Getting the Commission Due calculated is only possible once the sale has been finalized -- does anyone know of a way to make POS calc this while the SO/Layaway is still Open? They need to be able to calc the following:Total Sale Price - Commission Due = Amount to send in (to the Insurance company itself)Also, while I can easily pull up total vs Deposits on a SO/Layaway report, I can't figure out how to get EE Commissions on that same report. Any ideas how to handle this? If they need to export to Excel, or run Financial Exchange and do it in QBFS to do it, that's fine.
