Combine two QB files into one

US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Professional Services

I have two QB files that need to be combined. File 1 is through 12/31/2009. File 2 (was supposed to be a new company) is 1/1/2010 forward - separate bank account. Can I combine them as one company/one file without manually rentering File 2?
