I have a Sales Order that I fully converted to an invoice. The Closed Box is grayed out at the bottom. I cannot "check" it to close it - it is closed! It's a done deal. There is nothing "left" to invoice.
This Sales Order is still on my Open Sales Order list. How do I get it off?

You could just delete it, it serves no purpose now that you have invoiced
Yes - I know. Unfortunately this client wants them all to stil be listed. UGH! Any other suggestions?

copy the sales order. delete the sales order. re-enter the sales order.

Some folks have had luck setting the to be printed check mark, and printing it - sometimes that gets it off.
Other wise, you might try printing the invoice, deleting it, bring up the sales order, convert to invoice and use the printed copy to enter the data/date the same.
