On QB2008 I use to have a stamp "cleared" on each check that was cleared on my register.
Just like the "Paid"stamp that I see now on QB2011.
The problem is that I cannot see the stamp on my cleared checks anymore.
Have you tried running the Verify and Rebuild utilities to rule out damage to your data file?
When you run the Reconciliation Discrepancy report, are there items listed as having been unreconciled due to edits and/or deletions?
When you open the Reconcile function, is your beginning balance correct?

You were right! Was a probem with my reconciliation.
After fix the discrepancies I can see the stamp "cleared" again.
