clean up accounts payable
how do we clean up accounts payable? We had not been using this feature properly and have old or paid invoices sitting in a/p. We would like to delete or void them and enter in fresh payables (or bills).

Before you delete or void the bills, did you account for the expense by using Write Checks feature? If so, then you can delete the bills that have already been paid using the Write Checks feature.
