Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Child care e-file failed final review fail why?

I have pro... basic ed. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? All schedule 2 returns seem to fail final review. The advice was to use form 1040 and form 2441 instead of 1040A, but is this correct? and doe it really works? I have entered the return three times and can't get it right. please help.

how do I select the 1040 and is it ok by the IRS?

Under Options - Miscellaneous select use 1040 for all returns. I do all returns using the 1040 and never had a problem in over 25 years.
