| You need to change your preferences Login as Administrator in single user mode and |
| Go to the Edit menu and click Preferences. |
| In the Preferences window, click Reports & Graphs in the list |
| Click the Company Preferences tab. |
| Choose "Cash" against "Summary Report Basis" in place of "Accrual" |
