Change work order location
US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 9.0: Contractor
How do I change the work order location before the call is assigned to a tech? Just in case I entered the wrong customer when I was creating the work order.

You can change the site (also may be called job or service location depending on the terminology you have selected) after the work order has been created, but you cannot change the customer. If you have selected the wrong customer, your only recourse is to cancel the work order and create a new one for the right customer.
