Change paycheck to medical reimbursement
i mistakenly created a paycheck last month that should've been a medical reimbursement payment. Can I change the paycheck to a med reimb check?

Yes you can change a payroll check to a medical reimbursement check. But be very carefully, because the paycheck you created will effect the gross payroll, employer and employee taxes. Not knowing how your QB was setup and what accounts are reflected, I would get some professional advice. But in the mean time here are some questions:
- Did you use the QuickBooks Payroll setup wizard?
- You mentioned creating a paycheck, but is the paycheck cashed by the employee?
- Did you pay the taxes to the IRS and state for that paycheck period?
