change password of a user as the administrator
A user forgot their password and I need to know how to go in and create a new password for them as the administrator?

Must be logged in as Admin
Company Menu
Set up Users & Passwords > Set up Users (enter admin password for access)
click the name of the person who forgot > Edit User
change it right there to something generic like Password1 > Finish
user can now log in with Password1 and then change it themselves to whatever they want.
